Reporting to the Hub Manager – Eastern Operations, the role supports management for ensuring the day-to-day operations and running of the clinic is seamless and efficient. The position is full-time Monday to Friday and includes participation in the Saturday morning reception roster.

The role is part of the Eastern Operations Hub, and whilst based in Timboon the role will work closely with clinic personnel in Allansford and Simpson to ensure processes are implemented and followed consistently. Some travel between clinics may be required.

• Compassion and empathy are key to our culture. Our team works hard and gets on famously, your support systems and colleagues will be there to help when you need them.

• We commit to work within clinical protocols and systems that ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and positive outcomes for our clients and their companions.
