Maternity Leave Locum OR Permanent Part‑Time Position Starting October 2026.
Nairne Vet is a family‑owned, fast‑paced clinic in the Adelaide Hills. We pride ourselves on delivering above and beyond care to our patients and clients, while maintaining a supportive, fun, and collaborative team environment.
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team in either a Maternity Leave Locum role or a Permanent Part‑Time position. The role is available 3–4 days per week, plus a rotating Saturday roster, supporting our team across general practice, surgery, inpatient care, and client communication.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a nurse who is:
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Calm, confident, and organised in a busy clinical setting
- Comfortable working autonomously and within a tight‑knit team
- An excellent communicator with strong client‑facing skills
- Experienced in anaesthesia, surgical support, and patient monitoring
What You’ll Need
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified nurse
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
