A rare opportunity is available for a veterinary nurse to join the friendly and supportive team at a well-established small animal practice located 30 minutes from Hobart.

This is a full-time position, with shifts typically rostered between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. This is a hands-on clinical role focused on surgical, hospital and consulting work, with occasional assistance on reception.

The practice is seeking a qualified veterinary nurse who enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, and who is confident across a range of nursing duties. The clinic handles a wide variety of medical and surgical cases, providing a great opportunity to build and develop your skills in a busy, well-supported environment.

The clinic is well-equipped with modern equipment to support a high standard of care and is backed by an experienced veterinary team. The practice will also be relocating to brand new premises in the near future, offering an excellent working environment.

The employer is willing to assist with a work visa (employer sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates.
