We're looking for an experienced veterinary nurse who still enjoys coming to work.

Not every day is easy (it is veterinary medicine after all), but we genuinely believe it should still be enjoyable.

Ballina Coast Vets is a young, privately owned hospital with big ambitions. We're building a hospital we're incredibly proud of - one that delivers exceptional patient care, embraces new technology, supports its team, and never stops improving. We take our medicine seriously, but not ourselves.

We're after someone with substantial veterinary nursing experience who is confident, capable and enjoys being part of a team that works hard, has a laugh, and backs each other up.

We'd love to meet someone who:

Has solid nursing experience across medical and surgical cases.
Can think independently but isn't afraid to ask for another opinion.
Enjoys mentoring younger nurses and helping lift the whole team.
Stays calm when the day goes sideways (because occasionally it will).
Still gets excited about learning new things.
Can locate a missing thermometer faster than anyone else in the building. (This is an unofficial but highly regarded skill.)
