The Role
This is a casual or part-time position, with opportunities for additional hours to cover leave and support our growing caseload.
Roster includes:
- Weekday shifts (varied hours between 8am – 7.30pm)
- Alternate Saturday shifts (8am–1pm)
This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who:
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in veterinary nursing
- Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
- Is confident in hospital nursing and enjoys being hands-on
- Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
- Enjoys mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Has a proactive, can-do attitude
- Loves learning and continuing to grow professionally
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be involved in all aspects of nursing, including:
- Anaesthesia monitoring and surgical support
- Radiography and dental procedures (including dental x-ray)
- Blood collection, catheter placement, inpatient care
- Assisting in vet consults and client communication
- Laser therapy and advanced nursing care
