About the Role
We are looking for a friendly face to run our front desk. You will be the welcoming voice on the phone and the first person our clients and pets see when they walk through the door.
Your main job is keeping the front clinic moving smoothly. You will look after client bookings, answer phone inquiries, manage invoices, and pass critical information between the public and our clinical team.
About You
You need to genuinely love both people and animals. This job is all about communication. You must be able to chat easily with anxious pet owners, then pivot to give precise details to our vets and nurses.
A background in medical or veterinary reception is a major advantage. You should be someone who stays calm when the waiting room gets busy and handles sensitive situations with real empathy. Ex-vet nurses are welcome to apply if you are happy to let the physical clinical work rest!
About the Team
We are an independent, close-knit team of experienced vets and nurses who actually enjoy working together. There is no corporate hierarchy here. We encourage questions, support each other when things get hectic, and maintain incredibly high standards of patient care without taking ourselves too seriously. Management values a proper work-life balance and makes sure everyone gets the time they need to recharge.

Hours & Roster
This is an administrative role with no late-night on-call shifts. You will just need to help cover a shared, rotating Saturday morning roster 9am-1pm.
