About Us
Orana Clyde Pet Hospital is a brand-new veterinary hospital located within the new Orana Village precinct in Clyde, Victoria, and is the sister clinic to the established Clyde Veterinary Hospital.
We’re building our team from the beginning, with a strong focus on excellent patient care, a positive client experience and creating a workplace where people enjoy doing great work together.
Joining a new hospital is an opportunity to be part of shaping it from the ground up. Our team members will have the chance to contribute ideas, help develop systems and protocols, and play a genuine role in how the hospital operates as it grows.
We want our veterinary nurses to use and develop their clinical skills, be actively involved in patient care and work closely alongside our vets. Experienced team members will also have opportunities to support and develop junior nurses and students, while those earlier in their careers will have experienced people around them to learn from.
We have high standards for patient care, client service and teamwork, but we also want Orana to be an enjoyable place to work. We value people who take initiative, communicate well, accept feedback, support their colleagues and are always looking for ways to improve.
As a new hospital, there will initially be quieter periods while the practice grows. We see that as valuable time to learn, practise skills, improve systems and establish the standards that will support the hospital as it becomes busier.
We’re looking for people who want more than simply another job. We want team members who would enjoy being part of building a hospital and, in time, being able to say, “I helped create that.”
