About Us
Melbourne Animal Referral Services (MARS) is a privately owned, multidisciplinary veterinary referral hospital providing specialist care across surgery, internal medicine and oncology.
As MARS continues to grow, we're relocating to a new, larger purpose-built hospital at 619 Whitehorse Road, Mitcham.
Our nurses work alongside experienced specialists across surgery, internal medicine and oncology, with exposure to complex referral cases and advanced diagnostics including CT, radiography, fluoroscopy, ultrasound and endoscopy. We provide our own 24/7 care for hospitalised patients, allowing continuity of care throughout their time with us.
We're proud of the close-knit team we've built at MARS and place a strong emphasis on creating a supportive and nurturing working environment. We work hard to achieve excellent outcomes for our patients, while maintaining a workplace built around respect, kindness, collaboration and enjoying working together.
