The Animal Dermatology Clinic Perth is a dedicated specialty practice treating complex skin, ear, and allergy conditions in dogs and cats. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. 📞 What You'll Be Doing:
• Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing appointments, emails, and phone enquiries
• Assisting with patient admissions and discharges
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Contributing to a positive and welcoming clinic culture

• Previous reception, customer service, or administration experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
• A professional, friendly, and compassionate approach
• The ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
