NQ Care is a privately and locally owned 24/7 Emergency and Referral Veterinary Hospital in Townsville, led by three local women with a shared passion for veterinary medicine and exceptional patient care.

Since opening in early 2025, we’ve experienced rapid growth, and thanks to overwhelming community support and demand, we’re continuing to expand our team and services.

Our hospital is home to permanent, on-site Surgery and Internal Medicine Specialists, delivering advanced referral services alongside emergency and critical care for complex and time-sensitive cases. Our services also include advanced diagnostics and imaging, ICU monitoring, a blood donor program and visiting specialist services.

Our dedicated team is passionate about combining the highest standard of veterinary medicine with genuine compassion, ensuring every patient and every family feels supported, informed and cared for at every step of their journey.
