At Lynbrook Vet, We Do Things Differently
We are the first family-owned practice of its kind in Melbourne, and we make caring for pets as easy and fun as possible for their humans. Our clients regularly tell us they love the level of care and attention to detail that they get from the moment they walk through our door.
Whether someone is bringing in their family pet or injured wildlife, our team is there to guide them through every step of the care process. We care about each member of our team as much as we care for our patients. We do this by fostering a team environment that allows each member to stay at the forefront of veterinary science and live their passion for helping small animals.

The field of veterinary medicine is constantly evolving as we learn more effective ways to help animals. As a member of the Lynbrook Vet team, you’ll always be given exciting opportunities to expand your knowledge and be supported to take on challenges that allow you to continually develop as a professional.
When you start with us you will be supported by a comprehensive 3-month induction plan. You will be assigned mentors to help guide and support you through this. Whether it’s through attending training and courses that sharpen your skills, or by working alongside visiting surgical and ultrasound specialists to manage cases, you will be supported to take on progressively more responsibility, try new things, and implement your own ideas.
You’ll always have access to mentorship from our two principal vets, comprehensive performance reviews, and constructive feedback to help you develop your career so that you can eventually mentor others. And at the rate we’re growing, there are many exciting opportunities on the horizon!
